Biographie
studied law at the University of Auckland, Victoria University of Wellington and Harvard, lawyer in the New Zealand Department of External Affairs and the Office of Legal Affairs, UN Secretariat, law faculty member, VUW, New Zealand law and constitutional reform, appeal judge in the Pacific, international arbitrator, Judge of the NZ Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and of the International Court of Justice.
